There is one important thing to understand about AIOU semesters. Different activities can run at the same time. As of 14 September 2026, Autumn 2026 admissions are open, while some examination, workshop and academic services are still showing information for Spring 2026. So always check the semester written beside the notice before taking action.

AIOU Results

Waiting for an AIOU result can feel a bit like waiting for a board result. You enter your details, refresh the page, and hope the marks are finally there. To make this easier, use our AIOU Result page for the current result checking method, semester details and common result problems.

AIOU provides official web-based result services for current and previous results. Its result system also includes semester-wise previous results and older result history. Students can also see academic information through the university’s CMS, where AIOU says result history and other student records are available.

If your result is not showing, first check the correct semester, programme and official result system instead of relying on screenshots circulating on WhatsApp or Facebook. A result shared by another student is not a substitute for your own official record.

AIOU Admissions

For students asking whether AIOU admission is open, the current answer is yes. Autumn 2026 admissions are open. The latest general admission advertisement shows 21 September 2026 with late fee as the closing date for the listed fresh Matric, FA, AD, BS, B.Ed, PGD and Certificate programmes. Continuing students shown in the same advertisement also have 21 September 2026 with late fee for enrollment.

AIOU officially uses its Online Application System, commonly called OAS, for fresh admissions, while continuing students use CMS for course enrollment. The university also provides Autumn 2026 prospectuses, eligibility details and first-semester fee information through its admission pages.

AIOU Assignments

Assignments are one of those parts of AIOU study where a small mistake can create a big headache later. Wrong course code, missed due date or uploading to the wrong place can affect your semester record.

Our AIOU Assignments page brings together the assignment schedule, question papers and submission guidance. AIOU currently lists Spring 2026 assignment question papers for SSC, HSSC and several certificate programmes, as well as Bachelor, ATTC, ADC, ADB, BS, BBA, B.Ed and postgraduate categories.

Submission method can depend on your programme. AIOU states that students in BS, B.Ed, MA, MSc and equivalent ODL programmes submit applicable assignments through Aaghi LMS, while SSC and HSSC assignments are submitted to tutors. So don’t assume that one submission method applies to every AIOU student.

AIOU Tutor Information

If you are asking, tutor ka number kahan se milega?, start with the official student system rather than an old tutor-search link found through Google.

AIOU’s current FAQ says tutor details are available in CMS under the Academic Record tile. Tutors are allocated through the relevant Regional Campus before the study period. If tutor information has not appeared in CMS, AIOU advises students to contact their concerned Regional Campus.

AIOU Workshop Schedule

Workshop dates are important for B.Ed, BS and other programmes where workshops form part of academic activity. Students should not wait only for an SMS and then say schedule nahi aya.

AIOU advises students to check their Aaghi LMS account regularly because workshop schedules are uploaded there. The university also maintains a workshop-information page. At the time of checking, that official page is showing Spring 2026 ODL workshops, face-to-face workshops and a programme schedule summary.

AIOU Date Sheet

Exam season brings the same question every semester: AIOU date sheet kab aye gi? Rather than depending on forwarded PDFs, check the semester and programme directly.

The official AIOU date-sheet page currently lists Spring 2026 date sheets, including Open/Certificate Courses, SSC, HSSC and other listed programme groups. It also carries separate Spring 2026 date sheets for MS, M.Phil and PhD face-to-face programmes.

Official AIOU Student Services

AIOU now uses several different official systems, and knowing which one does what saves a lot of confusion.

OAS is used for fresh admission applications. CMS is used by enrolled students for academic records and services such as tutor information, result history, course registration and fee challans. Aaghi LMS handles learning activities including applicable online workshops and assignment submission. AIOU also maintains separate official services for web-based results, date sheets, assignment schedules, assignment question papers and its Help Desk.

Latest AIOU Updates

AIOU notices change throughout the semester. An admission deadline may be extended, a revised date sheet may appear, workshop schedules may be added, or examination instructions may change.

AIOU information can change quickly, especially during admissions and exams. Before publishing an important update, we prefer official AIOU sources such as the university website, Examination Department pages, admission advertisement, OAS, CMS, Aaghi LMS and official Help Desk.

We also check the semester carefully. For example, Autumn 2026 admissions are currently open, while official workshop and date-sheet pages are still carrying Spring 2026 academic information. Mixing these two semesters can easily confuse a student.
