Rehmat Card Registration Status 2026
Online Rahmat Card registration is available through the dedicated Zakat & Ushr Department portal. The official department also lists its mobile app and helpline 1077 as application channels.
This is no longer an upcoming scheme. Computerized balloting for eligible applicants was conducted on 29 June 2026, showing that the programme has already moved from registration into beneficiary selection and financial-assistance phases.
At the time of this update, the current official pages checked do not give a clear final registration closing date. So avoid relying on dates circulating on Facebook, WhatsApp or unofficial websites.
Who Is Eligible for CM Punjab Rahmat Card?
Rahmat Card is not a general cash scheme for every low-income household. The official Zakat & Ushr Department says it is intended for needy and poor Muslim widows who qualify for Zakat and double-parent orphans, meaning children whose mother and father have both died.
The official eligibility rules say the beneficiary should not be a habitual beggar, government employee or pensioner, should not be Sahib-e-Nisab, and should not already be receiving regular financial assistance from another Punjab Government scheme. Selection is also linked with Punjab Socio-Economic Registry, or PSER, data.
For widow applications, the live registration portal also mentions Punjab residence, low-income household status and a CNIC showing widow status. The mobile number supplied in the application should be registered against the applicant’s own CNIC.
How to Apply for Rehmat Card Online
The safest method is to use the dedicated government portal. The current application system asks applicants to create an account and provide personal and household information before submitting the declaration.
- Open the official Rahmat Card portal and choose Register or Apply Now. Create your account using the requested details. Enter your full name, CNIC, CNIC issue and expiry dates, date of birth and active mobile number. Complete your district, tehsil and address information. If applying for a double-parent orphan, enter the guardian relationship and the child’s required information. Review the declaration carefully, submit the application and keep the application or tracking ID given by the system.

Do not enter incorrect CNIC, family or child information just to complete the form. The declarations on the portal state that applicants are responsible for the correctness of the information submitted.
Documents and Information Needed
For a widow, the current application portal lists an original CNIC showing widow status, children’s B-Forms where applicable, the husband’s NADRA death certificate, evidence of monthly income and an active mobile number registered in the applicant’s own name.
The Zakat & Ushr Department also specifically confirms that an updated and valid CNIC reflecting widow status and a child’s B-Form are part of the programme procedure.
For an orphan application, remember that the programme uses the term double-parent orphan. The portal declaration requires the guardian to confirm that both the child’s father and mother have died and that the child is under the guardian’s care.
How Much Financial Assistance Is Available?
There are two official descriptions worth understanding.
The Zakat & Ushr Department’s main programme page states financial assistance of Rs.100,000 per eligible widow and Rs.100,000 for each eligible double-parent orphan child.
The live application portal displays the widow assistance structure as Rs.100,000 without children, Rs.125,000 with one child and Rs.150,000 with two or more children. It also states that payment can be made through an ATM card or bank transfer without deduction.
Because the department’s programme description and its application portal present the widow amounts differently, applicants should check the amount shown against their approved case and use 1077 if clarification is needed. Do not pay anyone who promises a higher amount or guaranteed approval.
How to Check Rehmat Card Application Status
If you have already submitted your application, the Punjab Zakat & Ushr Department now provides an official online status-check route.
The public tracking page asks for the Track ID, with the format shown as something similar to RHM-xxxx-xxxxxx. This ID is assigned when an application is submitted.
Keep your Track ID safe. The current public tracking page should not be described as a simple CNIC-only checker because the visible tracking field specifically asks for the application tracking ID.
How Applicants Are Selected Through PSER
Submitting the form does not automatically mean your Rahmat Card has been approved.
The Zakat & Ushr Department says beneficiary selection uses the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry database. Final selection is made through the PSER Proxy Means Test, or PMT, to check eligibility and support merit-based selection.
PITB also confirmed that computerized balloting was carried out in June 2026 after digital verification of eligible applicants.
This means correct registration is only the first step. Your information must also pass the relevant eligibility and verification process.
