The Ministry of Interior, Pakistan, has issued the Ramazan 2020 Federal Offices Timings Notification dated 20/04/2020 after the instructions from Prime Minister’s office.
Prime Minister Office, Islamabad has issued Notification on 20 April 2020 in connection with Office Timings during the Month of Ramzan 2020.
The Prime Minister has seen and is happy to grant the office timing for the Federal Government Offices during the Holy Month of Ramazan ul Mubarak, as below table:
OFFICE TIMINGS DURING THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN
The undersigned is directed to state that the following Office Timings hall be observed, during the forthcoming Holy Month of RAMADAN by the Federal Government Offices working on 5/6 days a week basis:-

The above letter has no value now. And the Federal Government has issued the revised official notification for office timings throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
The office timings for 5 working days a week:
Monday – Thursday: 10 am to 4 pm
Friday: 10 am to 1 pm
The office timings for 6 working days a week:
Monday – Thursday and Saturday: 10 am to 3 pm
Friday: 10 am to 1 pm
A notification issued by the PM House revealed that Ramadan timings for the offices working 05 days a week would be 9 am to 3:30 pm (from Monday to Thursday) whereas the schedule for offices wording 06 days a week will be 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (Monday to Thursday and Saturday).
